Acute coronary syndromes

Treatment of refractory angina (Reducer)
Transcatheter treatment of aortic valve disease (TAVI)
Transcatheter treatment of mitral regurgitation with repair systems (Mitraclip) or replacement
Percutaneous closure of the left atrial appendage for stroke prevention in patients with atrial fibrillation

The research activity has been directed, in the last five years, to the study of topics related to Interventional Cardiology. Particular interest was addressed to:
Study of implantation techniques and long-term results of bioabsorbable scaffolds (BVS-BRS)
Evaluation of the performance of transcatheter aortic valve prostheses (TAVI)
Percutaneous treatment of heart failure, with mitral and tricuspid valve repair and replacement systems
Cardiovascular support systems (Impella, IABP, ECMO, LVAD)

Achievement of the second level Master in Interventional and Structural Cardiology at the Vita-Salute San Raffale University; directors of the Master, lasting one year, Prof. Antonio Colombo and Prof. Paolo Guido Camici. In this setting it was possible to work side by side with some of the most internationally recognized Interventional Cardiologists, such as Azeem Latib, Matteo Montorfano, Alaide Chieffo, Mauro Carlino, Francesco Giannini, Lorenzo Azzalini, Filippo Figini.

Author and co-author of over 65 publications in international indexed journals.
